ProsperVault is the custody and recovery layer behind stronger privacy modes across ProsperMail, CloudFiles, Productivity, and Creative. It is being built so users can gain stronger device-based privacy without falling into normal lockout failure modes.

First implementation slice

The first slice focuses on vault records, device registration, recovery-bundle custody, health state, and auditable internal APIs. End-user vault management UI will arrive in later slices, starting under ProsperID.

Long-term direction

ProsperVault is designed so products depend on one shared vault contract. That allows native custody now and capability-gated bring-your-own-vault adapters later, instead of product-by-product vendor lock-in.
